The Figure Drawing for Animators class is designed to give you a solid understanding of form, figure, line, and motion. You will learn how to capture the "essence" of a figure with expressive line weight, line control, gesture, and shapes, as well as implement this into correct anatomy. You will be required to submit 5-10 figure drawings in your animation application, and figure drawings from this class may be used. Special attention will be given to your understanding of anatomy, line, shape, and motion, as well as your ability to control the medium.
